The only "solution" or let's say workaround, I found when having this kind of Java problems is to add your jar files in the JAVAUSERCLASSES parameter in the notes.ini.

Ex: JAVAUSERCLASSES=c:\temp\sample.jar;c:\temp\toto.jar
